John, what are your thoughts on CSATNET?

Misesian raised this point in a comment. Thanks Misesian. I have two photos for you:
xG's "special" vehicle featured from their Fort Brag debacle deployment;
..and Carolina Sat's own "special" vehicle featured in their website...
Hmmm! Does that Hummer look familiar? What was "special" about xG's vehicle was that it wasn't theirs..! It suggests there's some "special" relationship going on behind the scenes. Maybe involving a vehicle rental + press release scheme..?!

Also note that this transaction is termed a "12-month sales order",  not just a "sale". No money received as yet and is dependent on delivery of equipment in Q2 2012. Still leaves plenty of wriggle room. We've heard stuff like this before: sales orders (PC3 and Liketone), letters of intent, trial agreements, etc. No money ever changed hands.

Also note that, just like Force 3, liketone and the rest CSATNET conspicuously fail to mention their relationship with xG as a "Partner" on their partner pages. Oversight? Maybe, but it hardly seems like they are pinning their hopes to the xMax bandwaggon.

Maybe this is because their system isn't even ready yet, after for years saying it was! Today's announcement is a doosie:

John Coleman, CEO, xG Technology. [said]"Our next challenge will be to make a system of affordable devices for volume production. Given the milestone we have achieved, I have every confidence that our team at xG will make this happen." ... Scott Garlington, Vice President of Engineering at xG Technology. [said it was] "the aim of making the xMax system commercially available later this year."

Ohh, Scotttt, ohh Johhhn! xG said this years ago! You ordered 10,000 phones years ago...! Before you switched xMax to newMax. Now it's back to the drawing board - again..! NewNewMax. Mooohahaha!.

  1. I love today's press release. It shows, again, what a group of complete morons those guys are.

You should have seen the clown Dannenbergs reactions to this mornings announcement. He jumped up and down and screamed like a little monkey. Something he always does when xG puts a release out and says: What do you say now Cong boy"

My reply is always: "A good laugh as usual when xG puts something out, I can't top laughing"

I also wonder if it's possible to get hold of one of the 10.000 handsets they ordered. It would be a fun little item to put somewhere that would make me smirk every time I looked at it.

  2. Huang, press release aside, what if I said that the I'm convinced the R&D and the current technological concept is legitimate? I'm only commenting on the current engineering design that was used for the military test. I'm not backing the original technology or patents by any means. My position on that is very public and I'm not changing it. I'm also a pretty public guy with over 35 articles written and published in magazines and industry website. My reputation and integrity is important to me so I don't make these statements lightly. Given that, would you believe me if I said the technology is sound. I know there is a long way from the lab to the field but I'm comfortable that the idea works.

  3. Rory, when they scrapped the magic modulation and set up their "showcase" network, it was pretty clear to me they had something that works. But capacity is the big big question. There's only so much you can do with 1 Watt in 26 MHz of spectrum shared by other users. Now they're talking about 100 more MHz of spectrum in the 5.8G band, but at those frequencies penetration and propagation are lot poorer. Have you ever seen any indication that they have something commercially viable?

  6. I agree with everything you are saying. Unfortunately I can't discuss much more than that other than they are currently focused on military applications as far as I know. As you have pointed out, commercial applications are used to a significantly higher performance standard in terms of bandwidth capacity. There is a saying in the industry, speed, distance, quality, capacity, pick 3. Fortunately the industry isn't standing still and with the investment and engineering capability inside xG, neither are they. Whether that translates into a commercial product or not is not something I can comment on at this point.

I can really only say this, Marc's comments aside, the engineering teams are real and the ideas are moving forward. Any company is going to have challenges commercializing military technology. Without knowing what the plans are, in general I think it's possible and the people that are building the product have the necessary technical experience but it's not an easy road for anyone. In addition to getting out your own product, you have to be prepared for what other competitors are developing. With competitors like Ubiquiti and Cambium ramping up, it's definitely a challenge.

  8. @Rory

There is a history of actually quite reputable individuals and firms endorsing the "basic idea". Some people will object to having Dr. Schwartz on that list but there is no reason to believe he was not sincere. You can also add the engineers long ago at Telefonica who took the idea seriously for about est. 7-8 months. On top of that, a report was comissioned by the nominated advisor by a Dr. Jack Winters, I believe specifically because they and the Broker were worried about the "snakeoil" claims regarding the tech. This also was open minded to the "basic idea", though he was very sceptical concerning what commercial legs the idea had. Cambridge consultants and their Duncan Smith, although paid some $5m by xG for bespoke work, exposed a reputation of a company earning a high multiple of that p.a. to the repeated and very strong claim that xG's critics did not know what they were talking about the modulation scheme was completely sound.

What's my point? All these were wrong. xG didn't and couldn't deliver and repeatedly lied to everyone, insiders and outsiders, as to their market readiness and what they had developed. I believe it is something like psychics, with no powers whatsoever whatever they believe about themselves, being able to take in scientists in tests of their "powers", but not stage magicians, as is a well known phenomena in the literature of scepticism regarding the paranormal and specifically in the case of Uri Geller [see James Randi's book on Geller].

What would be very useful is a comment from a knowledgeable reader as to HOW xG could elicit such testimony from such individuals, what could they have been misdirected concerning and what gap could there be in the knowledge of the engineers that allowed this to occur?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Rory, as anon stated, these guys are scammers and if you haven't figured that out I feel sorry for you.

They will never ever deliver anything of commercial value and after 10 years of lies I can only assume that anyone who think they have something that works has been paid to say that.

It's great the discussion has come live again, I love it.

Finally Rory, I would like you to look at the recent press releases regarding xG's deal with Care21. then look at what Care21 is and their website. When you've done that I'd like YOU to post here and tell wether you think that deal is fake or not.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Rory, thanks for dropping by, I appreciate it. The current xMax is a bait and switch. As you acknowledge the original xMax was an impossible modulation scheme - it didn't work, it couldn't work, and they were told it couldn't, but continued to lie to investors. The new-xMax may "work" (although not as well as claimed else they wouldn't be redesigning a new-new-xMax would they..?) but from an investment standpoint that misses the point. Investors were sold an incredible modulation scheme that would literally "change the world". What they got was a smart radio. There's plenty of those about.

Never, at any stage, have xG admitted the bait and switch officially. That speaks volumes about the honesty of these people. They get criticism because they deserve it.

  12. If you think I'm not aware of what is and isn't possible, you clearly don't give me enough credit or haven't read any of my articles, "Tales from the Tower". I have a deeper understanding of what's happening and with the knowledge also comes temperance and the applicable NDA. I'm not endorsing xG as a viable technology in the commercial world, nor am I condemning it yet. They aren't a player there so it's a moot argument. I know some of the technical team personally, and those boys have "street cred". They have had huge success in the commercial markets in the past and are tied to many products on the market today. That doesn't mean the company has a strategy or product line that can compete in the commercial market in a realistic time frame yet. I simply can't discuss it.

As for other people being fooled, I agree that it's a long way from an idea to success. I don't get suckered that easy except for the fish people I ordered from the back of the comic books 45 years ago. That takes more than just technical skill, it takes company focus and strategy, financial resources, a product that fills a need, is competitive, and execution. That's a lot of things that have to come together.

On the last point of the company never acknowledging that the original technology didn't work. That's a company decision and there may be more to it than that. Personally, I agree that's how it should be handled to move forward. No reason to carry unused baggage on a new trip. I also don't think it's a big deal since for every successful idea, 100 probably failed. I agree it doesn't help the perception of the company moving forward. However, there may be legal ramifications of making that type of statement.

The other side of that coin is that parts or all of the technology might have worked given more time and money. Marketing and financing screw up a whole bunch of things that time and continued research might have fixed. I'm not saying the idea is valid but deadlines usually aren't a good idea when trying to develop a whole new concept from scratch. Even worse is when management pre-releases information based on partial results and then raises millions of dollars. Now engineering may not have the time to work through all the bugs and issues that might have been resolved if unrealistic time frames haven't been applied. Medical research is like that. We hear about things that aren't going to be available for 10 more years and everybody expects the cure tomorrow since it got published.

I do know that right now a lot of money is being poured into the company to make it successful and if that happens, stockholders may have a chance. The stock market really isn't my area of expertise by any means so take what I say in this area with a grain of salt. I'm an engineer first and a stock expert, oh 87th behind nuclear scientist.

Look, this entire site has one purpose, to discredit xG and call them on what they did in the past. I not only agree with you, I applaud you for calling B.S. where it's appropriate. I've tried to do that in my articles across the industry for a couple years now and xG has definitely been in my target zone also. At this time though, I'm saying that the company is trying to move forward and has the right technical people in place to do it. I would suggest that instead of beating a dead horse, the older technology and management, I would suggest just waiting to see what happens on the new technology side. Who knows, Marc might even apologize :).

    1. Thanks for that Rory. As I acknowledged; they may now have something that works (but then why are they re-designing it... ;-)), BUT these guys have said this many, many, times before, and EACH TIME it was a lie. It's analogous to playing a convicted con man card-shark at poker, and each time he's cheated, but then he says "I won't cheat this time, honest". Are you going to believe him?

The guys around xG may have credibility. But then so did Stuart Schwartz (RIP).

The original xMax (if it worked) would have been worth BILLIONS, and investors invested on that basis. Now this xMax ,even if it works, will be worth fractions of that. There's ain't the only cognitive radio on the block you know. But they are the only ones with a history of deceit, lies, and fraudulent behaviour. And they are pretending , by keeping the name, that this is the same product that will be worth Billions. It's fraud, pure and simple.

"On the last point of the company never acknowledging that the original technology didn't work."

The point is they claimed it worked brilliantly when they knew it did not work as advertised at all.

"I would suggest that instead of beating a dead horse, the older technology and management,.."

Still exactly the same pair at the top.

"I do know that right now a lot of money is being poured into the company..."

Actually, they are probably in a poor financial position. I am not aware of, neither have they announced, any significant funding recently.

One technique for measuring the quality of patents is patent citation analysis. This technique is based on the examination of the citation links from a patent to other patents and scientific literature. There are two main sources of citations on a patent: the inventor (or applicant) and an examiner of the patent application. In some countries, the inventor and those involved in the patent application are under a duty to disclose any material (such as patents and scientific literature) that is material to patentability – and these disclosures are recorded as citations. Also, when the patent application is examined, the patent examination will also add citations that are found during examination.

The idea behind patent citation analysis is that patents cited by many later patents tend to contain important ideas upon which many later inventors are building. A company with a large number of cited patents is thus likely to possess technology that is central to developments in its industry.

  58. Reviewing the history of this company, it would seem they have lied consistently about their product or lack of it and partnering launch parties.
After years they have seemingly abandoned a commercial phone application, by trying it in a limited military capacity. Less range, fewer users, but still no good there either. It would appear no matter how hard they try it cannot be scaled at all and has no range of any commercial use. Now in desperation they are trying for broadband. Has an RF analyst not been pointing that it breaks fundamental RF laws?
Perhaps its time for them to own up to their failure and try something else. If they haven't solved this fundamental glitch in 6 years they are unlikely to do so any time soon, if ever. Setting up bogus companies certainly doesn't help their case.

He has been impressed by the frequency spectrum scanning technology from xG Technology. “It essentially continues to look for open spectrum, so if something comes on to the frequency it’s using, it moves there almost instantly,” he said.

This “frequency hopping,” which McCarthy calls “a potential game-changer,” protects information sent on devices such as smart phones. During a test, a military jammer managed to shut down all the Army’s communications systems except for the xG network’s xMax solution.

xMax is frequency-agnostic and can be “flexibly deployed to the needs of the Army and other DOD agencies” here and overseas, said Rick Rotondo, xG Technology's marketing vice president

  69. Anon fuckface, on Topix, you mean the anons who say xG never got any phones on the field and one guy says it didn´t work?
How can it work if nobody had them?
Anon, you deserve to be in bed with a drunk and a mongoloid Viet cong underwear salesman.

  70. Exactly what did xG operate at Fort Bliss? A single handset hopping around on 18 channels chased by their xJammer could easily satisfy their "performed as advertised" statement. Especially since it appeared to take several meetings after the test to get everybody to agree to the language of "performed as advertised".

Care21 failed to make their second payment late January. I suspect they know something we aren't being told (but we're all inferring). If xG had operated anything impressive at Fort Bliss they would have told us what they demonstrated. Not this vague "performed as advertised". What a scam.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hi fuckface, how about this? Perhaps the US Military would not find it so smart to announce to the world what the fuck their spanking new system can do. Do you think, you fucking genius, that if xMax worked exactly as it is supposed to that other Militaries from other countries would want the same thing. I happen to know that is true you fucking retard, and all xG was allowed to say is what they said...you can´t be so fucking stupid to think the US Military wouldn´t keep somethink like this very close to them...unless you are that stupid.

Oh, nobody gives a fuck about Care 21, nobody thought it would happen, but at least it gives you retards something to cry about.

    Really fuckwad, one handset?
    You fit right in, fuckface.

Hey fuckface anon, yep, definitely getting thinner!

There is a reason you 4 have dedicated a site to xG and me. Think about it, losers.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Simple, it's because it's a scam and a great way of making fun of xG and you.

    ReplyDelete
  79. But Huang, the only people that care are you 4...I shit on your site, I abuse you in emails, any normal person would have shot themselves if they were you. You´re a nobody. How´s Fort Brag, fuckface?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Who have you abused and when? I haven't seen anything. Only thing I've seen is you being a clown but no abuse whatsoever.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Nothing cracks me up more than the slanty eyed cong mongo talking about what he sees...that is always special to me.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Was that an attempt to insult me? You have to step it up or is that all you can do? I feel sorry for you boy but keep on dancing, it's great fun when you do that.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Huang I can´t insult you any more than the natural world has done. It is no wonder you are immune to my abuse, look at what God has done to you already.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Your "insults" are pure comedy. You're too stupid to step it up boy!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Huang, your face is comedy. Your thoughts are a fucking tragedy.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I know your dream is to meet with me and you fantasize about it every day but I have to disappoint you. You haven't met with me and you won't - I don't hang out with internet clowns

    ReplyDelete
  87. Bro, I don´t give a fuck about you and what a surprise that I won´t meet you...you´re a mongo cong coward who loves the internet.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Once a scammer, always a scammer - that's you boy. Best thing is both xG and people who knew it was a scam have been screwing around with you for years. Left is the internet clown nr 1 who's broke and desperate.

    ReplyDelete
  89. "Oh, nobody gives a fuck about Care 21, nobody thought it would happen, but at least it gives you retards something to cry about."

Funny how every time one of these deals is announced, Dannenberg posts all sorts of links to PR about it and claiming that it vindicates the technology. But when the deal inevitably goes south, suddenly "nobody give a fuck about it".

What are the chances that the LikeTone or PC3 deals flop as well? Better start crapping on those deals now, Marc. You don't want to give anybody the impression you think they'll be successful, do you?

    ReplyDelete
  90. "Perhaps the US Military would not find it so smart to announce to the world what the fuck their spanking new system can do."

As expected. Blame national security for the lack of any substantive information on how well xMax did at Fort Bliss.

And I like the "their spanking new system". Nice touch. It almost sounds like the military isn't done with xG.

xG better show some scalability if they want the Force3 deal to work out. A single VoIP call being chased around 18 clear channels by the xJammer won't cut it.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Sorry gookboy, I know Marcus and never said it was going to go through. You keep lying, just like a good gook, and you will get a rifle butt to your head, just like what happened with Grandma Huang.

I love when you retards make up shit and run with it...yep one phone, sure fuckface, sure.
    Keep sucking that dick, anon.

    ReplyDelete
  92. The shit here is xG, the criminals who run it and you - sad stories and even sadder that people lost hard earned money on this bullshit.

    ReplyDelete

Has xG ever demonstrated more than one phone operating at a time?

    ReplyDelete
  101. I wonder why Marc Dannaneberg is still around? It's a miracle no one from xG has shut him up. If he only had shut his big mouth maybe a few would have been able to sell some shares but now they're all worthless thanks to a big, fat and stupid American.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Is it finally over officially too?

Just got this from the die hard fan number one.

    ReplyDelete
  105. well, you care enough to post here. The situation has all the fascination of a car crash.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Anyone any thoughts on today's announcement? Peculiar that while care 21 won't pay, investors "introduced" by them are alleged to have parted with $400,000 for new shares at a premium! Thats half a months burn, I believe, so maybe they will survive long enough to put out their FY this month. Something fishy here as always.

    ReplyDelete
  107. No results. Bad numbers take a long time to add up.

    ReplyDelete
  108. True, but with them less a case of adding, and more 'cooking'.
It also takes time to structure bogus buyers or interested parties

    ReplyDelete
  109. Is anyone familiar with the london stock exchange disclosure rules? Are the results now officially late? As far as I know, AiM companies had 3months from the end of period to post FY results.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Who cares..Bullshit results and false progress on a par with Madoff have been an on going feature for years now. You just have to laugh at idiots buying this stock in the vague notion some miraculous development is going to happen. XG have lied, bullshitted and strung along for years and imbecile investors still come back for more. By the way, they fucked a bunch of investors with XG's previous incarnation called iDigi

    ReplyDelete
  111. I love the scam, the scammers and the ridiculously stupid fanboys. xG is comedy on a high level and it's given me plenty of fun over the years. I hope they manage to keep it alive for some time.

  113. Complete rubbish and bullshit as usual. Broadband claims mean they can't come up any more commercial mobile excuses. Military have been supposedly testing for 2 years. More life in that line of BS yet. All their wording and say so as per usual.
Same promises wrapped up in different claptrap, mealy mouthed double speak from 6 years ago.
Scamsters, liars and fraudsters aptly describes them.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Interesting MBTH helped themselves to 55m shares in lieu of $1.6m in interest. 2.8cents a share therefore paid. Meanwhile, they sell $400,000 worth at $1 per share to some sap, unless thats some sort of fronted operation for their own money.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Fairly Sober is Dannengberg, trying to pump his stock with the ridiculous lie about Nasdaq. Liars, fraudsters surrounded by more liars and fraudsters

    ReplyDelete
  116. Of course there's silence..

They are leading / have led investors to believe they have a product they don't have / never had and will never achieve.

They didn't / don't have the intellectual ability to realise what they thought they had, which could never be applied / scaled in a commercial capacity, hence its multiple incarnations as Flash, Single Cylce, Tri State etc.. Karn pointed out their ignorance as to basic RF a long time ago. Who would listen indeed!

Lies, bogus RNS releases and a slick Website duping investors for the last 6 year since IPO, never mind the shafting investors sustained pre-xG, in their earlier incarnations as Idigi (or Idodgy, your choice).
Directors milking massive monthly earnings sustained on the back of continued gullibility of investors and negligency of AIM to address lies to market.

It continues under the guise of some imminent ground breaking development, with goggle eyed investors not doing DD lapping up failure after failure with falsehood after falsehood, but still believing sometime somewhere its going to come good. Hard times indeed!
Fabrication, distortion and outright lies to AIM, with purported and uncorroborated say so from 3rd parties keeps this rotten enterprise afloat.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I would say that's a fair assessment. At the height of their fame (or perhaps lies, I don't know) I invested a large amount based in their claims. Today, I should lucky if got a 'Boneless banquet for One' at KFC, never mind the 'Big Daddy' I always dreamt about.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Just had time to have a glance at last accounts. They are out of cash again and are being sustained by loans from MB. These latter are classified as equity! May I hazard a guess that when these reach a certain quantum, xG goes under and all the assets revert to MB against the loans? Set up for a new iteration of the iDigi, xG pattern.

    ReplyDelete
  123. The level of animosity that Dannenberg stirred up over xG is hilarious. Not only did he inadvertently bring xMax to the attention of knowledgeable people in the industry who could see right through the spurious claims, but he was such an asshole about it that everybody is taking great joy in watching the train wreck.

I wonder where Dannenberg will turn up next. Whatever it is, you can be sure it's a scam.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Wherever he shows up I will be around......

    ReplyDelete
  125. A simply embarrassing sham of a release!
If someone pissed on xG, they’d say it was raining wine.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Errmm, one little question. If xG have had trial networks for the commercially ready,(say it again commercially ready) mobile phone 'revolution' for what 2 to 3 years now, how come they never got a single contract??
    Smell horseshit or is bullshit?

So now a demo network for broadband? Where is the release telling investors the mobile revolution is over and they've embarked on the 'broadband' revolution?

Revolutions come two a penny with guys, but don't hold your breath and possibly get on a slow boat to China

    ReplyDelete
  127. If they were commercial off the shelf smart phones owned by others, and those others weren't using up any of their own airtime allotment, the air interface was most certainly WiFi.

What guarantee do we have that this mobile WiFi hotspot wasn't a Verizon or AT&T product, and the people in the car were shown a box with "xMax 2.0" written on the side?

xG blew their credibility a long time ago. I don't trust them at all. $57 million in pre-orders my ass. $100 million angel funding, right. $375 million infrastructure deal, fat freaking chance. Every deal they announce with a dollar value falls flat on its face, this $15 million Care 21 deal being the latest. Anyone care to wager how the LikeTone and PC3 deals will turn out?

I notice that fat slob Dannenberg is long gone. Even he's smart enough to see there's no more life left in this scam.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Don't forget the faked demonstrations during the iDigi days. That alone shows you can't trust anything they appear to demonstrate. What are the chances they faked this demo with a commercially available mobile hot spot and merely told people it was xmax?

  128. This price drop shows that there's absolutely no market for this stock. Down so far on a mere $10,000 worth of trades. Most of the people holding this stock know it's worthless and have already walked away. The ones who try to get their money out quickly find there's no money to get out. The slightest selling sends the share price down the loo, where the worth of the technology has been all along.

    ReplyDelete
  129. A scam and nothing but a scam

    ReplyDelete
  130. Those are 'sells' and nothing to do with AIM. This stock will crash, but in the meantime, xG will throw all the BS they can think of to prevent it. Been doing it for the last 6 years.
This time the end is near as there is only so much BS suckers will eat.

    ReplyDelete
  131. IS THIS BLOG FOR REAL?? I STUMBLED INTO THIS SITE BECAUSE I WAS INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT XG AND THEN REALIZED THAT IT'S A BUNCH A TECH NERDS HASHING NONSENSE INSULTS AT EACH OTHER.

WOW. COME ON PEOPLE, GET A LIFE.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Anon, you won't find a funnier blog on the internet and you won't find a more ridiculous company on the stock exchange than xG Tech

    ReplyDelete
  133. Surely your brief experience with the Google showed you that the vast majority of the insults were hurled by a single boiler room stock promoter who went nonlinear when he ran into some tech geeks who saw right through his bullshit and called him on it. I don't think there's a stock message board or blog comments section out there where he hasn't left his droppings. His style is unmistakable. And xG has him alone to thank for all the negative attention.

That he's given up pumping this pig should tell you something. Still, it's fun to tune in occasionally to see what the boys from Sunrise have dreamed up. I see they finally gave up on the Care 21 deal. Like that was any surprise.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Evidently xG have decided spoon feeding hill billy provincial reporters no longer serves their purpose. So now they dump their bullshit at the door of the NY Times, as per usual forgetting to tell them their claims break fundamental RF theory (Shannon) and that they've had more more false dawns, bogus clients and false releases that even a village idiot with amnesia would be able to recollect. Seemingly not the case with some investors here!

Isn´t it disgusting that a drunken fat bastard can rip off investors through Hichens based on his own fairy tale research papers and then come to this cesspool talking garbage...don´t you want to believe fuckwads like this guy don´t really exist? Too bad, he does exist.

    ReplyDelete

2011: Samuel Selikoff (2nd Place) of Boston College, and Robyn Harte-Bunting (3rd Place) of University Rey Juan Carlos and University of Angers

    He is at two universities?

    ReplyDelete

This wouldn't be Mark Dannenberg the liar, would it?

    ReplyDelete
  147. I'm pretty sure it's him. Liar or clown, call him whatever :-)

    ReplyDelete
  148. Yep, it's Marc. And it sounds like he's *finally* directing his anger at somebody who played a role in ripping him off, rather than screaming at the "loser geeks" who saw through specious claims and tried to tell him that the universe just doesn't work that way.

Quite funny. I'd love to know what was the sum total they took him for. They drained him pretty good. At one point he even tried to sell his baseball card collection to make ends meet. Now he's back to the only thing he's good at -- pushing questionable securities as an anonymous voice from yet another boiler room operation.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy...

    ReplyDelete
  149. "*finally* directing his anger at somebody who played a role in ripping him off"

If xMax is so great, why is it that everybody who takes a look at it walks away? Telefonica, Gama, NGW, Far Reach, Treco, The US Army, Care21. Each once hailed at *the* marketing breakthrough. Each now a thing of the past. How much do you want to bet that LikeTone and PC3 go exactly the same way?

After all these years you'd think xG would be able to manage more than the occasional sale of a "trial" unit.

    ReplyDelete
  164. read recent results-they are clearly out of money and being financed month to month by MBTH. Anyone have any info on MBTH's resources?

    ReplyDelete
  165. Quite why anyone with any sense at all would hold this stock despite obvious severe losses and constant warning about the company is a mystery!?!
From day one they have been lying about their 'solutions'. Funny thing about this wording is that they have solved precisely nothing over the last 6 years since IPO and 4 or 5 before that. (That's how long this charade has been running). If they had, where are the contracts and clients?
The latest bait and wait of a solution to the 'spectrum crisis' is as unrealistic and unlikely as their numerous imminent launches, umpteen trials (commercial and military), bogus partnering companies and continuously evolving grandly worded permutations of their so called product down the years. The funniest was Tri State integer! That one really had industry experts rolling in the aisles!

    ReplyDelete
  166. All true, but I would also add that there has been no continuity of product evolution. So its not even as if they have been working towards one objective over time. Testimony to this, during its failed commercial stage and lies as to progress, they claimed undeliverable theoretical range and scalability. Ironically, during a famously failed demonstration they claimed military grade jamming by jealous incumbent competition.
Credibility lost, they then hit on the idea of recruiting an unsuspecting ex-military CEO to prolong investor duping with a military purpose. Ironically, the value of the tech was then that it could not be jammed. Naturally, their false progress reports on trials again came to nothing. No range, no scalability and only good for dog and pony shows.

Experts from the outset have stated Bobiers patents where pathetically limited and uneducated. Even marketmakers are now running out of patience with thess guys and are marking share price down without trades.
There can be no upside for anyone holding this stock.

    ReplyDelete

You've been swallowing their bullshit for years and yet still come back for more. You are truly an idiot. Photo please!!

    ReplyDelete
  168. X Marks the End
The company was doomed from the moment they couldn’t get their much hyped core Flash (Single, Tri state etc) technology to work. This despite being painfully obvious over the years, somehow the illusion of progress to gullible investors has been maintained. They’ve been scratching around ever since for an alternative vehicle to revenue, but at every stage have either failed or are pitifully far behind existing RF technology with their crude products. xG are now at a dead end.
Yet it is the case that xG directors have every interest in preventing the doors from closing, as without doubt an ensuing investigation into their activities from authorities would follow. On the flip side, whilst the boat is still afloat (despite being pretty much submerged), they draw very handsome remunerations for dreaming up ways in which to convince the market something’s still in the air.
Buying and selling into the market seems to be a new one. Mostly, undeclared trades. Maybe a few more bogus territory agreements, but it seems even the most ardently gullible of investors are now staying away.
Big cracks are appearing in the dam and its sure to burst sooner rather than later. There will be no warning when it comes and their escape route will have been carefully planned, with shareholders left holding worthless bits of paper. Just ask Idigi shareholders. Yep, they’ve done it before!

    ReplyDelete
  169. I agree they are keeping it going to prevent an investigation, but hilariously mooers and his gang are having to fund this themselves. They are having to plow all the money they took over the years in ridiculous payments to mooers-branton back in to stop it closing its doors. Some justice at least.

    ReplyDelete
  170. This company is Genious:
step 1) Randomly string together sentences using techno-babble, and have reams of patents issued. "No one with actual knowledge will ever read them anyway, just investors"
step 2) Convince some dumb investors to put money into your anti-gravity technology
step 3) Make a decorated colonel CEO (in title only)
step 4) Go public on some less regulated financial market..
step 5) Line your own pockets with money..
step 6) Get exposed for being a sham...and move on....

    Genious.

  171. Question
If they did fold would their NDA's still be binding?
If NDA's were no longer binding couldn't false Gama, Telefonica and so forth RNS releases be cross checked with companies themselves?
    Get the truth out there

  172. Shady, as usual! Unable now to find new suckers to sign up to a trial to hold share price, the only option now being to give Townes a stake in MBTH and then ask him to front up another bogus deal.
All pretty desperate now. The problem for them is that, all you have to do is google xG and all the shit comes pouring out.

  173. I was recently hired as a DSP consultant by XG to work on cost-reduction of existing "product".
Needless to say, this was a waste of 2-weeks of my time. If any investors are reading this, take my word of advice having been on the inside.....RUN!!!!
If any of my fellow consultants are reading this, do not waste your time with this company....RUN!!!
Notice I am not hiding behind anonymous....

  174. Mr. Drey, could you please elaborate? What is it about your experience with the company and/or product that would prompt you to so strongly recommend running away? Exactly what was the nature of your two weeks of wasted time?

Does this company have any chance at all? Or is all the speculation by the naysayers on target?

  175. I second that request.

  176. This guy will have been sent threatening emails from xG. He will never respond now.
Hence the NDA's threatening legal action if anyone ever comments on the worthless tech demonstrated. Thats how the scam is kept running.

    1. It doesnt look like he was worried about the nda to start with. I doubt xG could afford a lawyer currently anyway, but the fraudulent nature of the company is not something they would want scrutinised in court, so i suspect the ndas are a typical bullying bluff, so in accord with the management style of these bulsshitters.

    2. Let me see if I get this message blog right! A handful of full-blown-tards who are still bitter vs. Industry Pioneer George Schmitt Chief Executive Officer of MB Technology Holdings. You clowns are awesome, keep it up. Go ahead pick your horse and see who wins.

    3. Marc Dannenberg, you freak! Welcome back! Still obsessing about this pig, huh? Still hoping your one million shares of XGT will be worth something some day? Don't hold your breath.

In case you haven't noticed, the horse has already been picked, and it ain't xG. xG is an old nag that can't find its way out of the starting gate. Notice that there's no market for either XGT or XGTU? Notice that the only "deals" the company gets into are "related party transactions" with no real outside money? If xG had something viable there'd be more interest. But anybody they let look under the hood walks away shaking their head.

Five years ago people were telling you this was a dog. They've been right every step of the way. And a retired colonel or retired executive looking to make a quick buck from gullible investors doesn't change a damn thing.

  177. Nah, you got it wrong there i think. Would that be the very naive george schmidt who has just taken a huge bath on his fortunes and reputation?

    1. Seriously anyone who would call George Schmitt naive and then assume he has "taken a huge bath" to his fortunes and reputation is completely misinformed. I can't even engage in an idiot like yourself.

  178. blah blah blah hear me roar...you must be really proud of yourself devoting your miserable life to blabbling on a website designed to listen to yourself over and over and over again. Whadda Tool!

    Nope not Marc...

  179. Schmidt was extremely naive to get on board with this bunch. And his investment hasnt exactly paid off- so "seriously" what the hell are you talking about?

    ReplyDelete
  180. Did Schmitt ever invest any of his own money? Or is he just lending his name to xG to give them some credibility in return for a cut of the take if it ever hits? I know at one time xG PR'ed that he was "contemplating investment in xG of a total of up to $10 million". Did he ever invest?

  181. No developments, but same trick when Coleman lured to give perception of progress and imparted credibility. Hire, another, unsuspecting industry veteran, run the 'dog and pony' by him, hand out a few worthless shares (as with Townes)and hey presto different smelling bullshit to market!

  182. Bunting and schwartz are dead. Mooers and branton continue to try to awindle but are now having to put their own money in to avoid the shtf when this implodes finally. What about the rest of the dramatis personae?

  184. And Dannenberg....is he still alive??

    ReplyDelete
  185. Dannenberg went back to cold calling from another boiler room. He's again a nameless voice pushing junk stocks on commission. It's all he's qualified for. He knows that his name is as toxic as Sarah Palin's is in American politics.

He might occasionally post an angry anonymous screed on a blog here or there, but he's done as a stock promoter in his own name.

    ReplyDelete
  186. Well asshole if you have been sucking xG´s cock for all these years based on a nameless voice pushing junk stocks I would say its a job well done...

Sorry fuckface, I always use my name in business and jackoff nobodies like you will always talk about your betters in that awesome fashion.

I drop by from time to time as opposed to your pathetic existence of living here and keeping fake tabs on people who wouldn´t piss on you if you were on fire...but as I always say...to each their own.

See sucker, I don´t work for anyone, unlike yourself and your fellow suckers.

    Have a great day!

    ReplyDelete
  187. Oh yeah, for your info...not that it matters...quite a few people bring up this blog in my business and they all say how they would abuse you suckers the exact same way...they all go on to add that there are freaks and wierdos all over new shit that scatter once they are proven wrong. You do know there are only 3 of you left right? See, xG´s story is unique while the story of you 3 are oh so typical. Think about it retards.
