To become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a great achievement. In total there’ll be around SEVEN years of studying to get to this point, and many people have to retake the exams several times such is their difficulty. A CPA denotes a professional of respectability, integrity and honesty, who will according to their code of ethics “commit themselves to honor the public trust” and give “unswerving commitment to honorable behavior, even at the sacrifice of personal advantage”.. .
It turns out that Rick Mooers passed the CPA exam in 1986 (congrats Rick) and got his license number: CP4184. All he had to do was submit some work he’d done as proof of practical experience and he would be a licensed CPA. But, even though he’d done that experience with a couple of firms in Maine he failed to submit anything to the CPA office. Why? He’s 99.9% there! Very strange.
Hmmmmm. Could it be that he discovered that the penalties for a CPA found responsible for financial fraud are draconian? Go straight to Bubba, do not pass go. What would’ve been a civil crime for Joe Public ends up being a criminal offense for a CPA.

Oh my God, you´re a pathetic douchebag.
ReplyDeleteUsual speculative twaddle from John Prescott. In case people haven't figured it out already, John Prescott is also known as David Blake, who posted on iii.co.uk as Beer Is Life before he was barred for making obscene comments about the size of his penis. Blake admitted to having shorted xG and his posts on iii.co.uk were a mix of lies, speculation and innuendo designed to depress the share price. He made vexatious complaints to the LSE about xG and Hichens which he boasted about on iii.co.uk. Guess what? His complaints were found to be baseless and were completely rejected by the Exchange. Despite this, he tried to imply on iii.co.uk that the company had in fact been sanctioned by their Nomad and the LSE - something he knew to be a lie. In other words - he was guilty of market manipulation - a criminal offence. And here he is again setting up an anonymous blog to do the same. Let me guess, Beer, you've taken another short position in xG?
ReplyDeleteInstead of personal attacks (always used by xG supporters) maybe you could give everyone facts about what's incorrect in this blog, inform us about any facts about the tech, update us on the two year delay and tell us why xG has been lying in their press releases for two years. We're excited to hear you feedback!
ReplyDeleteBackbooner, just about everything on this blog is wrong, exagerrated or irrelevant. If you have not got the brains to twig that yourself you are a sad character. Let me ask you a simple question - if xG having been lying in RNS announcements for two years, why have you not reported them to the authorities? And why were Beer's complaints found to be baseless and thrown out? If you have evidence that xG have misled the market, you have a moral obligation to act. WHy don't you? The answer is simple - you know you are taking garbage and cant substanmtiate your smears.
ReplyDeleteAnd why, if Falt's claims about SP manipulation are true, has absolutely no action been taken against xG or ACH on this matter? Falt was arrested because he tried to sell xG shares that he didn't own. He tried to sue xG and he lost that case hands down.
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is that xG is a scam and it's been proven over and over again in my opinion. Just go through the press releases and you'll see they have been lying about everything.
ReplyDeleteWhy should I report them to the authorities? Just takes time and is meaningless, they're playing it from US via UK and with strings in Sweden, Switzerland and Iceland. End value of this is going to be zero anyway. Let's have some fun on the way there with blogs like this where a few pathetic people like yourself and Marc get exposed.
John, welcome! Glad to have you here. You've always been the most eloquent of xG's employees. Now let me speak slowly, and in a low calm voice you might understand: What has been posted here that is wrong/libelous/defamatory? (Actually scratch that - I don't care if it's defamatory). Actually - let's just stick to wrong. Put it in quotes so that it's not just chinese whispers. Look forward to it.
ReplyDelete"Blake admitted to having shorted xG..."
ReplyDeleteWhy the word choice of "admitted"? Is shorting a stock a crime? It usually means you think the company's prospects are overrated and that its future price will go down. If he shorted xG, that meant he was putting his money where his mouth was. That would tend to underscore his arguments, not refute them, yes?
Waaaaaaa
ReplyDeleteWaaaaaaa
Wow, really fucking pathetic
Er, Ugly, shorting a stock is not a crime...making up stuff about the company while being short IS a crime, you hideous animal fucker.
ReplyDeletePlease inform us about what's been made up?
ReplyDeleteWhat is a crime is to lie to the public about performance, progress and results.
I´ll tell you what´s made up...Gooks have balls. That´s a complete lie.
ReplyDeleteOf course you can't point at one single thing that has been made up about the company. Reason for this is that everything is true and you're just pissed off the antis have identified every piece of the scam.
ReplyDeleteYeah, suuuuuurreee Gook. You and the drunk have it all figured out.
ReplyDeleteLOL
Marc wrote "shorting a stock is not a crime...making up stuff about the company while being short IS a crime"
ReplyDeleteSure is. But I say again - Exactly what is made up?
AND, it's true the other way as well: Making things up, like bogus claims about radio comms systems, or fake 'launches' of your system - whilst being Long is a crime too.
John, everything you post is made up...unfortunately you are all too real.
ReplyDeleteI bet xG's principals and their pals like Marc are beginning to feel like Bernie Madoff did right before that knock on the door from the FBI. Only Bernie had a penthouse to live in for a few more months.
ReplyDeleteSo Beer, are you saying that Rick Mooers qualified as a CPA and then spent 20 YEARS not fulfilling his CPA membership criteria on the off chance that one day, twenty years in the future, some idiot would accuse him of being a criminal? A period of twenty years during which his professional conduct and behaviour has been (as established through THREE separate processes of DD) beyond reproach, and during which the only exceptional event has been a vexatious lawsuit which he and his fellow directors successfully defended?
ReplyDeleteI know you are desparate but even by your standards this is pathetic. Why not go back to the army, toddle off to Iraq and get shot in the head? I don't think anyone would notice a deterioration in your cognitive powers.
