He's agreed that 50m more shares can be allotted, but has demanded certain conditions be met. We don't know what these conditions are, but they probably involve Johan getting lots of cash. So Mooers is trying to go for a Whitewash to avoid paying the cash to Johan and the other shareholders. Sneaky. Underhand. Devious.
It's possible that this route is fraught with legal pitfalls and bear traps. More news when I've done more research into it.

Flash, in the meantime disappeared quietly, and Single Cycle Modulation was introduced! Sounds fancy doesn't it, yep we all thought so too! Then Single Cycle too died, (not worth the paper it was patented on), but replaced with another greatinvention, Tri- State Integer. Again really cool sounding, but again with about as much chance of success as trying to light a fart in a high wind!
Right now, we're in a cycle sync of a lapsing 6 months trial period, and an impending trade fair invite and demo, only this time ramped up with the exclusive top 100 start up cachet. The last time around it was Harvards "Trillion dollar" idea forum they sneaked into via the back door, by paying for sponsorship.
